Qualifications

• Excellent data analysis skills; background in statistical forecasting software preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; able to convey complex data clearly to multiple departments.
• Advanced math skills for forecasting calculations and data analytics; detail-oriented and methodical.
• Ability to work across ERP systems and improve forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

• Compile actual sales and forecast data to support decisions around sales, capacity, and material planning.
• Prepare capacity analyses to support decisions around capital expenditure and production readiness across sites.
• Prepare material forecast and inventory plan.
• Develop and pilot new metrics for SIOP and variance reporting for SIOP.
• Collaborate with peers across multiple departments to drive forecasting accuracy.
• Develop programs using MS Office Suite: Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA.
• Capture and analyze large data sets and ensure accuracy of outputs.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
