Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Data-driven SIOP Demand Planner to develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts supporting inventory optimization and capacity planning.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Purchasing to translate customer demand into actionable forecasts, monitor KPI performance, and drive continuous improvement of SIOP processes in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning or related analytical role.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and demand-planning systems preferred.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate short-, medium-, and long-range forecasts by customer/product.
• Facilitate the demand planning portion of the SIOP process for reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales to incorporate forecasts into the consensus forecast.
• Analyze historical sales, orders, forecast performance, and trends.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and KPIs; recommend improvements.
• Identify changes in demand and communicate impacts to production and inventory.
• Align forecasts with capacity, material availability, and production plans.
• Develop demand scenarios and sensitivity analyses for decisions.
• Prepare dashboards and reports communicating trends and risks.
• Partner with Finance to align forecast with operating plan and budget.
• Drive continuous improvement of SIOP processes and data integrity.
• Perform other duties and special projects.
