Responsibilities

• Monitors forecast accuracy and refines models using variance analysis.
• Translates volume forecasts into headcount, FTE, and skill-mix requirements.
• Partners within WFM to align long-range forecasts with scheduling.
• Supports hiring, backfill, cross-training, and redeployment strategies.
• Ensures quality and integrity of data and insights shared with the business.
• Provides data-driven insights to inform strategic initiatives and growth planning.
• Presents forecasts, assumptions, and risks to leadership.
• Assists with dashboard development and executive summaries.
