Qualifications

• 5+ Years Ford Service Technician experience preferred.
• Ford specific diagnostic testing experience preferred.
• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude, enjoys having fun.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and following dealership policies and procedures.
• Test-drive vehicles, verifying work and proper operation of systems, utilizing diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed.
• Utilize Internal Escalation Process during difficult repairs.
• Provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Grow your Skills while being Part of a Productive and Professional Shop.
