Job summary

Schomp Automotive Group in Denver, CO is seeking a courteous automotive yard attendant to safely park, move and retrieve vehicles and keep lots neat and inviting. You will assist guests, direct them to the right department and maintain vehicle displays to showroom standards.

Responsibilities include washing, vacuuming, cleaning interiors/exteriors, transporting vehicles between locations, and clearing snow from driveways to ensure a safe, welcoming environment. Prior driving experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license.
• Must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Effectively and safely park, move and retrieve vehicles without causing damage.
• Keep new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the General Manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Open doors and assist customers entering and leaving the dealership.
• Direct guests to the reception area or introduce them to the appropriate departmental Manager/Advisor.
• Maintain new and used vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, as needed.
• Wash and vacuum customer vehicles.
• Transport vehicles between dealerships.
• Clean driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
