Ford Pro Elite is seeking a detail-oriented Bedliner Technician to join our commercial vehicle and upfitting team. In this hands-on role, you'll prepare truck beds and other designated surfaces, apply spray-in bedliners, and deliver clean, consistent finishes that meet our quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Review work orders and confirm application requirements before beginning each job.
• Inspect, clean, and prepare truck beds and other designated surfaces for coating.
• Remove and reinstall components as needed to complete preparation and application.
• Mask and protect vehicle surfaces, trim, hardware, and surrounding areas from overspray.
• Perform surface preparation, including sanding, scuffing, and cleaning, according to product requirements and shop procedures.
• Operate spray-in bedliner equipment to achieve consistent coverage, texture, and finish.
• Inspect completed work for proper coverage, clean edges, and overall appearance.
• Maintain application equipment and keep tools, materials, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow product instructions, required protective-equipment procedures, and shop safety standards.
• Communicate job progress, material needs, and quality concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Complete assigned work efficiently while protecting customer vehicles and maintaining workmanship standards.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience with spray-in bedliners, automotive refinishing, industrial coatings, or related surface preparation preferred.

Pay and Schedule

• $19.00–$30.00 per flag hour, based on experience and qualifications. Compensation is based on flagged production hours rather than hours physically present.
• Full-time employment with multiple shift schedules available:
  • Day shift: 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
  • Mid shift: 4:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
