Job summary

LINE-X in Fishers, IN is seeking a dependable installer to apply LINE-X core coatings and related products to vehicles. You will prepare vehicles, mix/apply coatings, and ensure quality workmanship across bedliners, toppers, tonneau covers, and related installations.

Daily coordination with sales and technicians to review workload, maintain spray equipment and PPE, and uphold safety standards. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Automotive or mechanical experience required.
• Experience spraying automotive coatings or similar hands-on roles.
• Must be able to stand long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Valid driver's license with clean record preferred.
• Team-oriented with strong attention to quality workmanship.
• Ability to read installation instructions.

Responsibilities

• Install LINE-X core products and services as required.
• Understand LINE-X applications including bedliners, toppers, tonneau covers, hitches, and undercoating.
• Coordinate daily with sales and technicians to review workload and schedule.
• Maintain spray equipment, tools, and PPE for operation and safety.
• Train and supervise product applications/installations.
• Prepare vehicles for applications/installations.
• Follow safety measures prescribed by the manager.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Duties And Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

• Ability to install/apply all required core products and services


• Thorough technical understanding of LINE-X core service applications including bedliners, toppers, tonneau covers, hitches, undercoating, and more


• Daily communication between sales and technicians to review workload and schedule


• Ensure spray equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE) are maintained and ready for operation/use


• Training and supervising product applications/installations


• Prepare vehicles for applications/installations


• Follow safety measures prescribed by the manager


• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Automotive or mechanical experience


• Prior experience in spraying, automotive coatings or similar hands-on roles


• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship


• Ability to read installation instructions


• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks


• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds


• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment


• Valid driver’s license required, clean driving record preferred
