Job summary

Future Automotive Group in California is seeking a Mobile Automotive Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance and repairs at customers' homes, workplaces, or approved sites, delivering exceptional service.

You will diagnose, service, and repair vehicles using manufacturer procedures, document work clearly, and manage your own schedule while upholding safety and quality. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement as part of our total rewards program.

Qualifications

• Automotive repair experience or completion of an automotive technology program.
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures.
• Ability to inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles using manufacturer standards.
• Ability to work independently while providing mobile service at customer homes and businesses.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain repairs and document work accurately.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience using diagnostic equipment.
• Valid California Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile maintenance and repair services at customer homes, workplaces, and other approved service locations.
• Operate the Mobile Service vehicle in a safe and professional manner while maintaining tools, equipment, and parts inventory.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns using manufacturer-approved diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
• Clearly explain repairs performed, maintenance recommendations, and vehicle conditions to customers.
• Accurately document repair orders, inspections, and completed work in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Independently manage assigned service appointments while meeting productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction expectations.
