Job Description:

Location: 580 S Havana St, Aurora, CO 80012

Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week (closed on Sunday)

Pay Range: $55,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals
  • Obtain expert product knowledge and confidently describe or demonstrate vehicle technology, features, and accessories
  • Identify customer needs, preferences, and budget, and assist in vehicle selection
  • Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP, service, dent, or windshield
  • Lead the sales finance process with each customer
  • Partner with the Finance team on customer financing options based on credit, budget, down payment, and trade-in values
  • Use CRM system to manage customer relationships, schedule appointments, and respond to internet leads
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in product or retail sales preferred
  • Competitive drive
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Availability to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to learn and use CRM, Google Suite, and automotive software
