Job Overview

The Sales Representative for Industrial Lifetime Solutions (ILS) aims to achieve profitable sales growth by promoting and selling our ILS portfolio, including Predictive Maintenance, Lubrication, Smart Maintenance Tools, and Reconditioning solutions. This is a remote position targeting the Greater Chicago or Texas areas.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities for ILS
  • Increase ILS revenue in the U.S. by navigating sales channels and collaborating with sales teams and partners
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through high-quality support and service
  • Conduct on-site visits to deliver ILS presentations and training sessions
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven success in lead generation and sales conversion
  • Experience navigating sales channels within industrial sectors
  • Persistent and engaging personality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
  • Knowledge of maintenance and reliability products, services, and solutions
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% overnight to support customers
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship

Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000
