Responsibilities include diagnostics using Ford IDS, performing repairs to engines, electrical systems, and hybrids, providing clear repair estimates, and maintaining a clean, compliant work environment per OSHA

Qualifications

• Ford Certified Technician credentials or ASE certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of automotive technician experience, preferably Ford.
• Strong knowledge of engines, electrical, and hybrid systems.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools including Ford IDS.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford vehicles to high standards.
