Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ford Certification and ASE Certification required.
• Master Technician certification preferred.
• Previous Ford dealership experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced shop.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of mechanical services on various vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Provide accurate and detailed reports of repairs and services performed.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Continually update technical knowledge and certifications.
• Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and costs.
• Collaborate with the service team to keep a clean, organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
