As a Ford Certified Technician at Crown Motors, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ford vehicles to the highest standards. You will work in a state-of-the-art service facility, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and technologies to ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle performance.
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and more.
Utilize Ford-specific diagnostic equipment and software to identify and resolve issues.
Provide accurate repair estimates and communicate effectively with service advisors and customers.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with dealership and OSHA standards.
Stay up-to-date with Ford training and certifications to ensure expertise in the latest vehicle technologies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
Ford Certified Technician credentials or equivalent ASE certifications required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Ford vehicles.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, electrical, and hybrid technologies.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment, including Ford IDS (Integrated Diagnostic System).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Additional ASE certifications or Ford-specific training (e.g., Diesel, Electric/Hybrid Systems).
Experience with Ford warranty procedures and documentation.
Familiarity with advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and electric vehicle (EV) technology.
