Job summary

Crossroads Ford of Siler City in Siler City, NC is seeking a Ford Certified Technician for our newly renovated, climate-controlled service shop. You will join a dealership that invests in its people and workspace to help you grow.

As a Ford Certified Technician, you will diagnose and repair Ford and Lincoln vehicles to factory standards, using IDS/FDRS, and communicate openly with service advisors. We offer a sign-on bonus up to 5,000, relocation assistance, top-tier pay, and a strong benefits

Qualifications

Ford Certification required with factory training.
2–3 years of automotive technician experience, Ford preferred.
ASE certifications and a clean driving record are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on Ford and Lincoln vehicles in accordance with factory standards.
Handle services including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, and climate control systems.
Utilize Ford-specific diagnostic tools (IDS/FDRS) to identify issues and implement efficient solutions.
Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding repair timelines and additional maintenance needs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
