Job summary

Crossroads-Ford-of-Siler-City is hiring a Ford Certified Technician for our newly renovated, climate-controlled service center. You’ll perform diagnostics and repairs to Ford and Lincoln models, using IDS/FDRS and other Ford tools, in a team-focused, quality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Ford certification and factory training required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of automotive technician experience, preferably Ford.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; ASE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on Ford and Lincoln vehicles per factory standards.
• Handle engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, and climate control systems.
• Utilize Ford IDS/FDRS and diagnostic tools; communicate timelines with advisors.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and cooperate with team.
