The role offers a flat-rate pay structure starting around $45 per hour, with pay depending on experience and certifications. Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Prior Ford Technician experience required.
• Strong diagnostic skills.
• Ability to navigate new technology with ease.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair orders and test procedures.
• Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing required training.
• Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner.
• Maintain an inventory of standard mechanic tools and equipment.
