Cherokee Federal is seeking a Property Equipment Manager to oversee accountability and lifecycle management of government property, repair parts, tools, and GFP/GFM assets. The role supports FP equipment and readiness across the AFCENT AOR with emphasis on accurate records, inventories, and compliance.

The position requires an active Secret clearance, 3–5 years of disciplined experience in government property or logistics, and proficiency with Excel and Office tools.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• At least 3–5 years of demonstrated experience managing government property or logistics in a DoD or federal environment.
• Experience with serialized assets, repair parts, tools, and high-value assets considered a plus.
• Ability to coordinate international shipping, export controls, and hazardous-material shipping requirements.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accountability, inventory control, and MIS records for GFP, GFM, contractor property, tools, and consumables.
• Track real-time lifecycle records including serialized asset details, location, status, maintenance, warranties, and costs.
• Manage storage, warehousing, receiving, inspection, COSIS, and disposition across sites.
• Conduct inventories, reconcile discrepancies, and document adjustments for asset movements.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping, tracking, and delivery requirements.
