Cherokee Federal is seeking a Property Equipment Manager to maintain GFP/GFM accountability and lifecycle records. You will manage storage, shipment, and disposition across the AFCENT AOR to sustain equipment readiness, with a goal of 98% Fully Mission Capable rate.

Requires an Associate degree, 5+ years DoD/property/logistics experience, MS Office proficiency, and an active Secret clearance verifiable in JPAS. Drug screen, medical clearance, and background check are required.

Qualificações

• Associate degree required; DoD/federal environment experience preferred.
• 5+ years of DoD/property, logistics or lifecycle management experience.
• Experience with serialized equipment, repair parts, tools, and consumables.
• Experience with shipping, international logistics, and hazardous-material shipping.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Active Secret clearance required; JPAS-verifiable.
• Drug screen, medical clearance, and background check required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accountability and MIS records for GFP, GFM, and property assets.
• Track lifecycle, location, condition, maintenance status, valuations and costs.
• Manage storage, warehousing, receiving, inspection, and COSIS activities.
• Conduct inventories; reconcile discrepancies and record adjustments.
• Maintain spare parts and consumables stock; manage hazardous materials.
• Coordinate with FSRs to ensure accurate status across work orders and assets.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping, customs, and export controls.
• Support modernization, transfer, disposal, and audit-ready reporting.
• .Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
