Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees, plans, interprets and applies policy for Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) and SRP checks at company, battalion and brigade levels.
• Provides guidance to subordinate units on MOBCOP coordination and synchronization with deploying units.
• Performs and guides administrative actions related to SRP processing and monitoring of SRP site operations.
• Assists in developing budgets to support SRP activities and reallocates resources to address site-specific problems.
• Reviews and coordinates action papers to ensure regulatory guidance, proper coordination and quality of documentation.
