Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, implement, evaluate and provide technical guidance to units and major commands in the state.
• Develop and recommend plans, procedures and policies for programs such as personnel development, equipment availability, and unit utilization to improve readiness.
• Analyze management of the state ARNG Force Integration Program.
• Coordinate development and update of TDAs and MTOEs and identify priorities for integration of new doctrine and equipment.
