Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate information about products and maintaining presentation standards.
• Develop and execute 30-60-90 day plans with leadership to meet department and store priorities.
• Create effective schedules and manage workload to meet athlete traffic while achieving payroll and financial goals.
• Build and lead a strong team through hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures and hold teammates accountable.
