Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of retail/customer-facing experience.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating athlete needs and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, etc.
• Promote and lead company programs (customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).
• Develop 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities for assigned department(s) with the SM and ASM.
• Establish working plans related to operational initiatives, staffing, hiring needs, and merchandising sets within budgets and goals.
• Act as Head Coach when building solo, including opening/closing procedures and teammate supervision.
• Communicate department goals and plans to direct reports and assign workload to maximize efficiencies.
• Build and lead a strong, effective team, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention of direct reports.
