• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing product knowledge and accurate information.
• Lead and develop a strong team; hire, onboard, coach, and assess teammates.
• Create schedules and allocate workloads to meet goals and payroll targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and loss prevention, and uphold store standards.
