DICK'S Sporting Goods in Atlanta is seeking a Specialist – Footwear to help athletes find the best fit, performance and comfort. You will drive sales, support teammates, and deliver a personalized, athlete-first experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

In this role, you’ll engage customers, share product knowledge, and uphold merchandising standards while delivering outstanding service. A High School Diploma and 1-3 years in retail or customer-facing roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and create a world-class athlete experience and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, focusing on best practices and selling skills.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans and pricing changes.
• Promotes customer participation in loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcome and treated with respect.
