Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand shopping needs and provide accurate product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members within their area of the store.
• Maintains merchandising and presentation standards and supports floor operations.
• Promotes participation in company programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Ensures a welcoming and respectful store environment for teammates and athletes.
