Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their needs and provide accurate product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as the subject matter expert for their area of the store.
• Maintains an athlete-first mindset and ensures products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged as they want.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, price changes and inventory presentation.
• Promotes store programs and drives customer participation in loyalty, warranty sales and credit card enrollment.
• Creates an inclusive store environment that is respectful and compliant with safety and store policies.
