Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience for customers through service standards.
• Maintain awareness of current sales promotions.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and stock; ensure proper merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills.
• Maintain awareness of Loss Prevention concerns involving customers and staff.
• Participate in inventories, assist in shipping/receiving merchandise, and merchandise placement on the sales floor as needed.
• Process all sales and POS transactions accurately and ensure shoes are checked for mates.
