Job summary

Caleres' Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate who loves shoes and delivering the best store experience. You’ll create a welcoming environment, help customers find the perfect fit, and represent our brands with pride.

You’ll handle daily tasks like pricing, shipments, and inventory, inspire teammates, and share trends with customers to create loyal shoppers. If you’re energized by fashion and guest service, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: You’ll ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in, keeping the store running like a tightly laced sneaker.
