Job summary

Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate who is passionate about shoes and delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You will engage customers, maintain a clean and organized store, and stay informed on trends to help clients find the perfect fit and keep them loyal to our brand family.

You will champion our culture, collaborate with the team, and contribute to achieving sales goals while providing top-notch customer service and a positive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within store.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: You’ll ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in, keeping the store running like a tightly laced sneaker.
