Job summary

Famous Footwear in the United States seeks a friendly Sales Associate who loves shoes and delivering great customer experiences. You’ll help customers find the right fit, keep the store organized, and work with a team to hit daily goals.

You’ll stay informed on trends, share knowledge with customers, and uphold our culture of inclusion and integrity while providing a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Able to build constructive and effective relationships within store
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: You’ll ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in, keeping the store running like a tightly laced sneaker.
