Famous Footwear in Massachusetts is seeking a Sales Lead who is passionate about delivering the best shoe store experience. You will foster welcoming in-store culture, lead the team, and ensure customers leave with the perfect fit and the Famous Feeling.

You will coach selling behaviors, manage opening/closing, and coordinate with partners to keep the store clean, organized, and stocked. This role rewards initiative, teamwork, and a love of shoes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven retail knowledge and customer service experience.
• Store management experience or equivalent.
• Experience motivating others to reach goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow store manager directions.
• Mentor/training ability for associates.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
