Job summary

Scheels is hiring for a part-time Sales Associate role. You will greet customers, manage check-in/out for fitting rooms, and help with merchandise preparation and knowledge sharing with the sales team.

Flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays; compensation ranges from $18–$20 per hour, with commissions and incentives. Benefits include ESOP, 401(k) Roth options, discounts, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, check customers in and out of rooms, while monitoring the amount of merchandise the customer has in the fitting room
• Prepares merchandise (buttons, zips, etc.) to return to the selling floor
• Answer all incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and pleasant disposition
• Learn product knowledge to assist customers and partner effectively with sales associates
• Be knowledgeable to answer questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise, and direct customers to the correct associate when necessary
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fitting room environment
