Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).
• Targeted Pay Range: $14.00 - $21.00.
• Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including location, experience and position offered.
• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards, floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promote company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment).
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures; maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach.
