Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
• Starting pay range: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour.
• Starting rate may vary by location, experience, or position offered.
• Complies with state paid leave; benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures; maintain confidentiality.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
