• Serves as go-to expert in designated process categories to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintains an athlete-first mindset and ensures products are ready for purchase.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets and signage.
• Promotes customer participation in company programs such as loyalty and warranty sales.
• Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and respected.
• Follows safety, loss prevention, and operating procedures and external laws.
