As part of the store team, you will promote loyalty programs, support stock replenishment, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment for all customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Stand for long durations and lift up to 15–35 lbs repeatedly (up to 25 times/hour).
• Able to work extended periods standing or walking up to 4 hours and at heights >4 ft with ladder/raised platform.
• Able to perform repetitive motions for short periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promote company programs (customer loyalty, warranty sales, private label credit enrollment).
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
