Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking friendly, customer-focused store teammates who greet customers, provide product knowledge, and uphold merchandising standards to create an exceptional shopping experience.

You will participate in loyalty programs, follow safety procedures, support floor sets, and work collaboratively to help athletes find what they need while maintaining an inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to work extended periods of standing or walking.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets and signage.
• Promote store programs such as loyalty enrollment and warranty sales.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs, and maintain confidentiality of Company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
