Famous Footwear is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences across a diverse footwear range in our Fountain Valley store. You will handle daily store tasks, maintain presentation, and help customers find the perfect fit, driving sales with a energetic, service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within store.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in.
