Famous Footwear Easton is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional in-store experience and help customers find the perfect footwear. You will be a team player, embodying the Famous culture and sharing knowledge of brands and trends.

You’ll support daily operations, stay informed about inventory and promotions, and contribute to meeting store goals. The role includes a generous associate discount, flexible scheduling, and ongoing learning opportunities with career growth potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store staff and customers.
• Positive communication with team members at all levels.
• Independent judgment with guidance from Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain a flexible schedule including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations: pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory.
• Deliver stellar customer engagement and drive engaging customer experiences.
• Review store performance and drive sales with clear, timely communication.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Foster diversity and inclusivity and support training of teammates.
• Assist customers with shoe fitting and recommendations to ensure the right purchase.
