Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, preferably footwear.
• Basic knowledge of the policies and procedures.
• Ability to maintain stock and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience for customers following service standards.
• Lead other team members by example in accuracy and completeness of work.
• Control cash and maintain accuracy of sales transactions.
• Process all sales through the POS terminal in accordance with policy.
• Promote company rewards program and other business initiatives.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and stock arrangement.
• Ensure store areas are clean, organized and well merchandised.
• Develop product knowledge and fitting skills.
• Be aware of Loss Prevention concerns involving customers and staff.
