Job summary

American Exchange Group is seeking a highly organized Product Development Coordinator to support the product development process from concept to market. You will coordinate samples (DEVELOPMENT/PP/TOP) and ensure accurate information flows between design, overseas partners, and internal teams.

The role requires 3+ years in footwear/fashion, a formal fashion/design degree, and strong skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel and A2000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in footwear/fashion.
• Formal degree in Fashion/Design required.
• Very high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Excel/A2000.
• Highly organized with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of footwear materials, fit and construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate samples (Development/PP/Top) and support PD head.
• Facilitate development and launch of high-quality products.
• Liaise with design and overseas partners; track style progress from proto to cc.
• Maintain product information in A2000, PLM and Style Tracker.
• Collaborate across design, sales, merchandising and marketing teams.
