Job summary

Michael Kors in New York is seeking a highly organized coordinator to support the technical development team for footwear programs from prototype through production. You will track sample status, manage fit sessions, and maintain records while coordinating with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Production, Quality, and factories across global time zones.

Strong Excel and PLM experience, proactive problem solving, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Footwear, Product Development, Engineering, Merchandising, or related field.
• 1-3 years in footwear, accessories, product development, technical development, or related field.
• Internship experience within footwear or consumer products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support technical development from prototype to production across footwear categories.
• Coordinate fit sessions, model bookings, samples, and meeting logistics.
• Serve as a primary contact between Technical Development, Product Development, Design, Merchandising, and factory partners.
• Maintain development trackers, sample logs, fit approval reports, and seasonal status summaries.
• Provide admin support including travel, onboarding materials, and meetings.
