Qualifications

• 4-6 years progressive shoe design experience.
• Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator and 3D design programs.
• Ability to translate concepts into tech packs and CADs.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative and affordable footwear design concepts.
• Collaborate with design management, development and marketing to maximize effectiveness and hit target costs.
• Develop accurate CADs and tech packs for outsole and upper designs.
• Travel periodically to Asia to follow up on development projects.
