Job summary
Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Designer of Color, Materials, and Graphics - Footwear to craft consumer-centric color, material, and graphic stories for iconic lines like Classic Sport and Crocbrand.
You’ll contribute in a fast-paced team, delivering fashion-forward concepts and detailed drawings that align with Crocs’ global identity. You will collaborate with product development and category teams, bringing sport, music, art, fashion, and street culture insights to life while working across
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in industrial, apparel, graphic design, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant design experience.
- Experience with graphic and/or footwear design, including sketching; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Create consumer-centric designs for Classic Sport, Crocbrand, Echo, Mellow, and SNKRS.
- Deliver concepts, designs, materials, and technical drawings on time.
- Collaborate with Product Development to refine details and generate new ideas.
- Partner with Category Management to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Translate sport and street culture into Crocs brand-informed visuals.
