Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Designer of Color, Materials and Graphics for footwear who will craft consumer-centric, disruptive products across Classic Sport, Crocbrand, Echo, Mellow, and SNKRS.

You will translate athletic, lifestyle, and street influences into compelling color, material, and graphic stories. You will collaborate with Product Development and Category Management in a fast-paced, global environment, delivering concepts and technical drawings on tight timelines while supporting a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in industrial, apparel, graphic design, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant design experience.
• Experience with graphic and/or footwear design, including sketching; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of 2D and 3D design programs.

Responsibilities

• Have a passion for Style, Hype Culture, Sport Culture, and Street Culture.
• Bring a forward-thinking design aesthetic and strong sport sensibility to Classic Sport, Crocbrand, Echo, Mellow, and SNKRS.
• Deliver concepts, designs, details, materials, and technical drawings for all projects in a timely manner.
• Partner with Product Development to obsess details and develop new ideas.
• Collaborate with Category Management to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Translate sport and cultural insights into action for the Crocs brand.
