Job summary

Reporting to the VP, Global Product Design, this strategic leader partners with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Marketing, and Consumer Insights to build cohesive, consumer‑centred product stories.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in CMG, design, or creative direction with leadership experience.
• Experience in footwear/apparel with a strong portfolio showing color, material, and trend leadership.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into product direction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead CMG & trend vision across the brand portfolio.
• Develop seasonal concept frameworks and material roadmaps.
• Lead material strategies balancing innovation, comfort, and cost.
• Oversee graphic direction and visual storytelling across categories.
