Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Product Developer to drive footwear design development from ideation to manufacturing, focusing on color, graphics, and carryover products.

You will collaborate with the Product Creation Team to deliver in-line products, calendars, and process improvements while meeting aesthetic, quality, and cost targets within deadlines. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in product creation, with strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field required.
• 2+ years of product creation or similar role required; education may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Expanded understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a global cross-functional product creation team from ideation through commercialization.
• Analyze design packs and prepare for factory deliverables.
• Maintain Product BOM and communicate costing for in-development products.
• Identify manufacturing, efficiency and costing concerns during development.
• Own the sample process and document revisions.
• Communicate opportunities to improve construction, materials, and components.
