Qualifications include a High School Diploma and 1–3 years in retail with people leadership experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of retail experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences with product knowledge and merchandising.
• Support development of 30-60-90 day plans with leadership guidance.
• Create effective schedules and manage payroll to meet goals.
• Build and lead a team, coach and develop teammates.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention and policies.
