Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional athlete experiences by understanding customer needs and product information in footwear and apparel.
• Lead planning and coaching responsibilities, drive sales, and manage store operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate goals and assign workload to direct reports to maximize efficiency and meet payroll/financial targets.
• Build a strong team with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management to create an inclusive store culture.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and SOPs while upholding company policies.
