Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, knowledgeable information about products and assortment while upholding merchandising standards.
• Assist in creating 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities for the department and operate within budgets and goals.
• Develop effective schedules and assign workload to maximize efficiency while meeting payroll and financial targets.
• Build and lead a strong team, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews, and accountability for policies.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and SOPs, ensuring compliance and accountability.
